Dan Brown - Founder & MD
As the founder and Managing Director of Developing Brilliance, Dan's career spans over 20 years of experience within the Learning and Development sector. Dan is an NLP Practitioner, DiSC Practitioner, Qualified Trainer, Executive Coach and Life Coach and uses his knowledge and expertise to create powerful, meaningful learning experiences. Having worked for some of the country's 'blue chip' companies, Dan made the decision in 2011 to create his own L&D legacy, through the desire to teach individuals how to love what they do.
Whether it is 'Big Room' presenting or one-to-one coaching, Dan is at ease in front of an audience and presents with high energy and good humour. With a passion for psychology and how our behaviours shape our success, Dan's enthusiasm for his work cannot fail to captivate you and take you on a fascinating journey.

Jon Talbot MLPI – Principal Consultant
Jon is passionate about lifelong learning. He is a member of the Learning Performance Institute and thrives on using his experience to facilitate individual learning bites, or multi-day leadership development programmes. He is a qualified NLP practitioner, and also a member of the Association of Coaching, and uses his skills to provide 121 coaching, observation and feedback to individual delegates and can also accommodate group coaching using a varied toolkit of methods & techniques.
He loves the creativity of the solution design and has developed hundreds of hours of material to accompany process changes, behavioural changes, cultural transformation and instructional learning solutions.
Jon is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt & Capability Development Practitioner who loves to tell stories with data. He has a pragmatic and practical approach to utilising trends and patterns so that it can help reveal ‘the truth’.

Claire Morton – Delivery Consultant
Claire is a highly-motivated individual with a passion for learning and development, with over seventeen years of learning and development experience combined with organisational development in public and private sectors. She has a broad range of knowledge and skills that covers areas of behavioural, technical and functional development.
Claire loves being a part of the Developing Brilliance team as she believes in our values and a culture of learning, she believes personal growth is one of the fundamental parts of a person’s life. She believes in creating a culture of learning to be able to move people and organisations forward. Also, an NLP practitioner with years of coaching experience, Claire loves helping people to find their true potential, enabling them to reach peak performance for themselves and the businesses they work in.
Claire’s qualifications include CIPD, MBTI and NLP Practitioner, ILM in Coaching, Assessor and IQA. She specialises in Sales, Leadership and Management development, Personal Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence and Coaching. Claire thrives on research, design & delivery.

Stuart Innes – Delivery Consultant
Stuart has a wealth of experience designing and delivering impactful learning and development interventions in the spheres of sales and retention, customer service and leadership development.
He specialises in delivering sales training that delivers tangible and sustainable results in a customer centric manner, resulting in increased conversion rates, enhanced cross selling capability and most importantly increased customer satisfaction and ROI. All of which are a byproduct of an engaged sales force galvanised through challenging, motivating interactive learning solutions.
Stuart also specialises in leadership and talent development. From practical front line leadership training to the design and implementation of complex competency frameworks that engage and reward employees and drive business performance. He has a proven track record of working with start up and blue chip companies alike to help implement and change leadership practice across organisations through engaging learning solutions.

Gemma Jackson - Finance & Admin
Gemma joined us in January on a part time basis to provide support to the team while looking after our administration and invoicing.
She is qualified to Level 4 AAT, Level 3 in Business & Admin and is passionate about Psychology & NLP.
