"Dan Brown has helped me personally understand and define my own style of leadership. Over a programme of coaching sessions we discussed and analysed areas of management and leadership I was getting right and could improve upon. We then worked to plan how I could make changes in thinking and behaviours of the team and I to get better results.
I found the coaching so useful that I extended the sessions to my management team of 10 middle management personnel. The sessions are personal and confidential so I don’t know the content of these sessions but I have seen a growth and development in all the team as a result.
Dan has also supported me at team engagement days and I now have one of the most engaged teams in the organisation."
